FOOD – Balsamic Glazed Steak Rolls
This recipe is easy to follow and extremely rewarding in the end. I made these for my Aunt and Uncle, all my Uncle could say was “Kris, you should open a restaurant”. The freshness of the sautéed zucchini, carrot, peppers and green onion is complimented by the marinated sirloin, and topped off with the beautiful balsamic reduction.
